PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simple and sure composition of a heat-shielding, moisture-permeable waterproof sheets by simplifying a structure of a heat-shielding breathable sheet; to eliminate the risk of dew condensation; and to prevent the water leakage from occurring in a connecting portion, even when flowing water is produced due to the dew condensation, etc. SOLUTION: A structure, in which an overlap space portion of the one heat-shielding breathable sheet is superposed on that of the other heat-shielding breathable sheet arranged adjacently to the one heat-shielding breathable sheet, is formed. The other heat-shielding breathable sheet has a narrow bent portion-cut structure in which a narrow bent portion is cut. When the one heat-shielding breathable sheet overlaps the other heat-shielding breathable sheet, the narrow bent portion of the one heat-shielding breathable sheet is brought into contact with that of the other heat-shielding breathable sheet; the one heat-shielding breathable sheet overlaps the other heat-shielding breathable sheet via the overlap space portion with the longitudinal length of the narrow bent portion; and a structure with a vent hole is formed.
