PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine including a variable display device for displaying a variable display game, which is configured to display results after a plurality of identification information pieces are variably displayed based on winning of a game ball to a starting hole, generating a special game state advantageous to a game player when the carry-out result of the variable display game is a special result, and allowing the player to play the variable display game in a variation mode which attracts player's interest according to the game state. SOLUTION: Carry-out mode deciding means (game control device 30) decides the carry-out mode of the variable display game during a predetermined period to be a normal variable mode extending over the predetermined period from the end of the special game state whether or not the special game state occurs. Informing means (presentation control device 40) does not clearly informs the player about the state of probability of generating the special game state during the predetermined period.
