PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylate resin composition excellent in heat-resistance, impact-resistance, transparency and a weather-resistance discoloration property. SOLUTION: The polyarylate resin is configured to include a divalent phenol residual group and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid residual group and is represented by formula (I) (wherein X represents a halogen atom, and m=40-120 when X is a fluorine atom, and m=30-80 when X is a chlorine atom, m=20-60 when X is a bromine atom, and m=15-45 when X is an iodine atom).
