PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member with a skin excellent in designability. SOLUTION: A substrate 1 of the member with the skin is constituted of a body 2, a first core 3 and a second core 4 which project to the outside of the body 2 from a flank of the body 2. A binding margin of a first skin material 6 and a second skin material 7 in a skin body 5 is arranged in a gap between the first core 3 and the second core 4. The first skin material 6 covers surfaces of the first core 3 and the body 2 and the second skin material 7 covers rear surfaces of the second core 4 and the body 2.
