PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely remove handling soil or stains of metal powder or the like collected in uneven patterns or cracks on the surface of a token without using washing water. SOLUTION: A cylinder 5 with a token outlet 5a opened on a side surface is disposed at a position below a token slot 2. An upper brush disk 3 with bristles 3a planted on the lower surface is attached at the lower end of the token slot 2, and a lower brush disk 4 with bristles 4a planted on the upper surface is rotatably mounted inside the cylinder 5 in such a way that bristles 3a and 4a face each other. A pair of upper and lower brush rollers 11 for scrubbing off the stains on the surface of the token m are disposed at positions ahead of the token outlet 5a in a conveying pathway 6, and a pair of upper and lower adhesive rollers 12 for adsorbing the stains scrubbed from the token are disposed at positions ahead of the brush rollers 11 in the conveying pathway 6.
