PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box that excels in appealing when it is displayed in a shop and can keep appeal performance even if displayed on a high or low shelf. SOLUTION: The packing box is formed so that a front plate 1, opposing side plates 2, and a back plate 3 are continuously provided in a square tube shape and a bottom face and a top face are closed. A lateral base fold line 11 is formed at the front plate 1, and a front cut line 12, a slope cut line 13, an upper cut line 14, and a rear cut line 15 that are oriented backward from both ends of the base fold line via upper parts of the side surface plates 2 are also formed. A display part 26 is formed of an upper display plate 22 and a lower display plate 23 sandwiching a middle fold line 18 that is a ridge line between the front face and the top face, and corner plates 25 connecting side edges of the display plates, and a front fold plate 27 is also formed at the lower end side of the display part 26. When displaying products, the rear cut line 15, the upper cut line 14, the slope cut line 13, and the front cut line 12 are cut, the front fold plate 27 is folded forward and downward, the display part 26 is then folded back upward, and then this state is kept.
