PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor excelling in productivity, a coil forming body suitable for the same, and a method of manufacturing the reactor. SOLUTION: This reactor 1β includes a coil forming body 20β wherein the outer periphery of a coil is covered with an inner resin part 4 and its shape is retained; and a magnetic core for arranging the coil forming body 20β thereon. The outer periphery of an assembly of the coil forming body 20β and the magnetic core is covered with an outer resin part 5β. The coil forming body 20β includes a positioning part (connection part covering part 41) formed integrally with the inner resin part 4, and used for positioning the assembly in a molding die in forming the outer resin part 5β with the molding die. The positioning part is exposed without being covered with the outer resin part 5β. The assembly can be easily positioned in the molding die by the positioning part, and makes the productivity of the reactor 1β excellent. By virtue of the coil forming body 20β, the coil is easily handled and the productivity of the reactor 1β is excellent in assembling the reactor 1β. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
