When a distributor (42) is rotated by a first electric motor, the total area of the portion in which an inlet opening (42c) of the distributor (42) and an outlet opening (37a) of a sleeve (37) overlap each other varies. This means that, when a rotor (38) is rotated by a second electric motor, if communication holes (38c, 38d) of the rotor (38) pass through the overlapping portion, an input port (31e) communicates with an output port (31f) through the inlet opening (42c) of the distributor (42), the communication holes (38c, 38d) of the rotor (38), and an outlet opening (36a) of the sleeve (36), and if the communication holes (38c, 38d) of the rotor (38) do not pass through the overlapping portion, the communication between the input port (31e) and the output port (31f) is interrupted. As a result, the flow rate of a liquid can be subjected to PWM control. In the PWM control, the duty ratio can be optionally controlled by adjusting the rotational position of the distributor (42) and the duty frequency can be optionally controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the rotor (38). |
