The arrangement has shunts (5-7, 9) arranged between supply terminals (2-4) and supply elements (10) in a load circuit of a battery. A measuring circuit is provided with power components (11) i.e. MOSFET, that are attached to the supply terminals and the supply elements. The shunts are fixed between the supply elements in such a manner that heat capacity of the shunts and/or the adjacent areas of the supply elements serve as a cooling body for the power components. The shunts are connected with the supply elements by a welding process i.e. laser welding.
