PURPOSE: A system and method for an automatic user authentication in a user-oriented network are provided to offer a ceaseless data transceiving service by providing a user authentication and a handover function. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(200) transmits a user authentication information request signal to a user-oriented network authentication management server(208) for accessing a new AP(Access Point). The mobile terminal performs user authentication through the AP using the user authentication information. The user-oriented network authentication management server inquiries the user-oriented network information based on the user authentication information. The user-oriented network authentication management server transmits the user authentication information to the mobile terminal.
