PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, etc., capable of transmitting to a user a fluctuation in a line that is currently used while remotely operating a server device by a client device.

SOLUTION: The information processor for using the client device and a predetermined communication line to perform radio communication includes: a recording means for recording information showing a reception time for receiving input event data showing an input event from the client device; a calculating means for calculating and recording a delay time on the basis of a time added to the input event data and measured when an input event occurs in the client device and the reception time recorded by the recording means; and a determining means for comparing the latest delay time calculated by the calculating means with the past delay time calculated and recorded by the calculating means, and outputting determination result data showing a determination result indicating that a fluctuation exists in the communication line to the client device when each delay time difference exceeds a threshold.
