<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when a user does not directly operate a machine of an organization concerned, such as life insurance contract, it is not possible even to inform a user of the situation in which the user cannot be contacted by the organization, and which causes unnecessary lapse of contract or a deterioration of contract conservation state, for example, when a monthly payment of a life insurance premium is overdue. <P>SOLUTION: In an insurance contract in which an insurance premium is paid through direct debit, if customer's contact becomes unable to be contacted, a flag indicating an uncontactable state is set in a contract master of an insurance company, transfer data containing the flag is passed to a bank concerned from the contract master, and the flag is set in a corresponding bank account at the bank; and when the customer operates the bank account, the customer is informed of the uncontactable state, according to the flag and required to input new contact details, and the new contact details are passed to the insurance company and registered therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
