<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine capable of executing the circular machining or the like of the desired size with excellent quality. <P>SOLUTION: A laser beam irradiation means 40 for irradiating a workpiece W with laser beam has a laser beam oscillator 41 for oscillating the laser beam, a mirror 43 having a reflecting surface 43a for reflecting the laser beam oscillator by the laser beam oscillator 41, a spindle 44 having the mirror 43 on its fore end to turn the mirror 43 so that the reflecting surface 43a is not parallel to or orthogonal to the axis of rotation, and a condensing lens 45 for condensing the laser beam reflected by the reflecting surface 43a of the mirror 43 toward the workpiece W. Then the laser beam is reflected by the mirror 43 to be turned by the spindle 44 and the laser beam is guided so as to depict a circular locus on the condensing lens 45, and the laser beam is emitted so as to depict the circular locus on the workpiece W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
