摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an annular mechanical part having the rolling part excellent in rolling fatigue life on the inside diameter by improving the interface state between nonmetallic inclusions contained in a steel material which is the base material of an annular blank to be worked, which is used for cold forging and the steel material which is a parent phase by plastic working. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the mechanical part 7 having the rolling part 6 which is rolled on the inside diameter of the annular blank used for cold forging. In the method, by performing the cold forging by acting hydrostatic stress of at least 1,000 MPa to the surface of the inside diameter 2a of the annular blank to be worked which is used for the cold forging to form the rolling part 6 and by forming the rolling part 6 in which rolling components are rolled in the surface of the inside diameter 2a, expanding the inside diameter 2a other than this rolling part 6, the annular mechanical part 7 having the rolling part 6 excellent in the rolling fatigue life is manufactured.
