PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to pleasantly perform operation by preventing voice guide from being output when the user becomes skilled in a predetermined operation to be performed corresponding to a display screen and feels that the voice guide is unnecessary. SOLUTION: The display screen is displayed (steps S2 and S15), and operation required time from starting display of the display screen until performing input operation corresponding to the display screen is measured (steps S3, S6 and S7). When determining that the measured operation required time is not equal to or longer than reference time (N in step S10), the delay time of the voice guide outputted to be delayed on the display screen is adjusted to be prolonged (step S11). When determining that the measured required time is equal to or longer than the reference time (Y in step S10), the delay time of the voice guide is adjusted to be shortened (step S13).
