PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable meter for controlling display on a display to prevent displayed information from being displayed on an overlap area in response to a current position of the movable meter, and its display control method. SOLUTION: The movable meter includes: the display for displaying information on a vehicle; and two analog meter disposed on both sides of the display, obliquely, forwardly and backwardly moved, and forming the overlap area for covering the display on the right and left sides of the display in an obliquely and forwardly moved state. The display includes a display control means for displaying the information in the display other than a display area concealed in the back of the analog meters when the display is viewed from an eye point.
