PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and a holder, providing productivity improvement by fixing a lead wire led out to the outside. SOLUTION: A circuit board 3 with a lead wire 9 connected thereto, is stored in a storage part 41 of the holder 4 in the state where a fixing part 42 of the holder 4 is not folded. Then, the fixing part 42 is folded with the circuit board 3 stored in the storage part 41 to bring a wall part 48 formed on a front surface of the fixing part 42 into contact with a covered part of the lead wire 9 with connector to nip the lead wire 9 with connector between the wall part 48 of the fixing part 42 and the circuit board 3.
