发明名称 METHOD FOR SIMPLY MEASURING ANTIMYCOTIC AGENT IN NAIL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and precisely perform medical treatment by visually and quantitatively measuring the antimycotic agent in the nail at a patient wherein the antimycotic agent is penetrated in the nail in a high concentration of 100 ng/mg or more since a medical treatment method for quantitatively measuring the amount of the antimycotic agent penetrated in the nail and feeding the result back to the medical treatment of nail ringworm does not prevail because the amount of the antimycotic agent penetrated in the nail of the affected part is extremely small in an internal or external medical treatment method prevalent heretofore with respect to the nail ringworm. SOLUTION: After the nail attacked by Trichophyton containing at least 100 ng/mg or more of terbinafine in the nail is heated in an NaOH solution to be dissolved therein, the resulting solution is extracted by a hexane liquid and a hexane solution is concentrated to adhere to a chromatograph. Thereafter, the chromatograph is developed in a ring form from its upper surface using a developing solvent comprising a methanol-methylene chloride solution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
