摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic temperature adjustment device capable of improving heat exchanging efficiency by making effective magnetic flux density sufficiently act on a magnetic working substance. SOLUTION: This magnetic temperature adjustment device 1 includes a working substance-side core 2 having two heat exchange tanks 5a, 5b filled with the magnetic working substances 6a, 6b in a state that the heat exchange tanks 5a, 5b are held and fixed between an upper core 7U and a lower core 7D, a magnet-side core 3 disposed at an outer peripheral side of the working substance-side core 2 in a state of holding a permanent magnet 19 therebetween and having a prescribed clearance gap to the working substance-side core 2 in the axial direction, a medium circulating mechanism 25 including pipes 15-17 communicated with the heat exchange tanks 5a, 5b, and a pump 12, and circulating a heat transfer medium to the heat exchange tanks 5a, 5b, and a rotating driving section 20 rotating the magnet-side core 3 in the circumferential direction of the working substance-side core 2.
