PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation and vibration control guide device and a seismic isolation and vibration control guide structure by which a loading object supported by the device having moved by earthquake and vibration is permitted to move in horizontal/vertical directions, can be isolated from and controlled in vibration by suppressing a vertical movement amount, and is recovered to an original location after the vibration finishes. SOLUTION: Between two fixed frames faced mutually, a guide device equipped with a curved orbital shaft and a movable body is provided. Furthermore, the guide device holds the circumference of the orbital shaft rotatably supported in both ends, and moves in such a condition that it is erected on the fixed frame along the orbital shaft. Additionally, the two fixed frames can be constructed in such a way that two curved orbital shafts intersecting between them are provided connect the frames through the movable body connected to each orbital shaft and the movable body is recovered at the original location along the curved orbital shaft by a dead load after the vibration finishes.
