PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source of and a method of obtaining fuel and energy such as electricity, which are necessary forever as long as the human being living on the earth and have been demanded increasingly, where the world wide demand for petroleum, which is a fossil fuel, continues increasing and will continue every year, and petroleum is known to be exhaustible in addition to causing a global environmental problem such as air pollution or global warming. SOLUTION: A river flow power generating device provides a way of generating power using river flow power by a ship having a power generator and a power generating water wheel or a screw, while the ship being moored in a river.
