PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating toilet system and a circulating system, which can be disposed in a small space and operated continuously. SOLUTION: A flushing toilet system comprising a toilet bowl 11 and a low tank 12 includes a stirring tank 20, a chemical adding tank 30, first and second solid-liquid separation tanks 40, 50 and a dewatering tank 60, and a water processing tank 70 and a solid processing tank 80. Water subjected to a solid-liquid separating treatment in the first and second separation tanks 40, 50 is processed in the water processing tank 70, and returned to the low tank 12.
