PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an output voltage and to perform acoustic output of an amplified sound signal by performing pulsewidth modulation of a DC voltage and a sound signal in simple configuration. SOLUTION: An output voltage V2 from a DC-DC converter 6 which performs pulsewidth modulation of a DC voltage V1, is smoothed through a power supply smoothing section 4 and divided through a resistor section 5. In the DC-DC converter 6, there are provided a terminal to which a divided voltage V4 is applied, and a terminal to which a sound signal S1 acoustically output from a speaker 3 is input, using the same terminal P6c.
