PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image forming device having the same, capable of stabilizing consistency of a sheet regardless of weight and a friction coefficient of the sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet ejected to a processing tray 29 is carried by a predetermined distance toward a sheet end regulating member 32 by switchback roller pairs 26a and 26b and a slip roller 51, and after carrying the sheet by the predetermined distance, the sheet is carried by the slip roller 51 by separating the switchback roller pairs 26a and 26b. When determining that the sheet is lighter than predetermined weight based on weight information on the sheet ejected to the processing tray, a distance for sandwiching and carrying the sheet by the switchback roller pairs 26a and 26b, is set shorter than a sheet of the predetermined weight or more.
