Various modifications of the three yarn set fabric having interlocked intersections of specification 1,157,526 are described. The fabric shown differs from the basic fabric of the parent Specification in that every third yarn of each set is omitted. In the embodiment of figures 3 and 4 of yarns pass alternately under and over pairs of adjacent yarns z yarns on either or both faces of the fabric underlie the v yarns. In the embodiments of figures 5, 6 x and yarns float on the surface of the fabric over several intersections. |
