The nozzle has a connecting section whose diameter is smaller than diameter of another connecting section (31) and diameter of a chamber. A tube (30) is adjustable between two positions for optional engagement with American and French valves for inflation of bicycle tires. A threaded section of a shaft is separated from a threaded section of the tube, and the former connecting section is engaged with a thread of the French valves to inflate the tires when the tube is provided in one of the positions.
