The device is designed such that two directional couplers (12, 13) are formed in an identical manner. One of the directional couplers is fed by an impressed high frequency signal. Extracted high-frequency signals of the directional coupler is supplied to a signal input of a differential amplifier (18) and a power combiner, and extracted high-frequency signals of the other directional coupler is supplied to another signal input of the differential amplifier and the power combiner at gates (3, 4) of the respective directional couplers.
