The cabin (1) has a platform including an upper base, a lower base and a thickness adapted to a thickness of a balcony slab. The platform is enclosed by walls (3). An integrated two-winged window is built in a wall opening (6), which is provided in front of the cabin. A window wing (7) extends from outside into a balcony in an approximately 90 angular degree. A photo cell is attached at the bases, and stops and returns the cabin when a space for the cabin is not free in a ground floor. Wing doors (5) are operated together with guard rail doors.
