<p>A method, system and server for medium transmission based on WLAN Authentication and Privacy Infrastructure (WAPI) is disclosed in the present invention. The method involves the following steps: the WAPI terminal, access point (AP) and server authenticate with each other after their start-ups; the server encrypts the traffic data requested by the WAPI terminal using the secrecy protocol specified by WAPI protocol, and then transmits the encrypted data to the WAPI terminal through the AP. Applying the present invention, when the WAPI terminal finishes the authentication and validation with the AP and the server through digital certification, the AP can transparently transmit the data information received from the server to the WAPI terminal. Therefore, in the case of guaranteeing the secrecy transmission property, the present invention can improve the transmission efficiency, reduce the use cost of users, and bring convenience for the WAPI terminal to watch correlative programs. At the same time, the present invention is also beneficial for an operator to manage and charge users, and ensures steady development of video on demand and other services.</p> |
