<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input apparatus that can readily and without fail indicate a desired input selecting area among a plurality of input selecting areas arranged on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: An input apparatus 1 has a control unit 100 for setting a plurality of reaction force acting areas A, including a plurality of buttons B, respectively on a screen 50a, and for controlling operation reaction-force applying means 23 and 24 so as to apply operation reaction force, which pulls in a pointer P in the reaction force acting areas A to a pointer operation part 20. When it is detected that there is a pointer stop behavior defined beforehand as a behavior for stopping the pointer P on the screen 50a on a button B in the reaction force acting area A, the control unit 100 changes the level setting of the operation reaction force acting on the pointer operation part 20, into a level which is lower than a standard reaction force level, when moving the pointer P in the reaction force acting area A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
