<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology facilitating character input operation by a user in an information processing apparatus receiving character input from the user. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: a reception means receiving text information via a communication network; an input means receiving input of Kana characters from the user; and a control means extracting a related term relating to a predetermined word from the text information, registering the word and the related term in a dictionary while associating them with each other, and displaying the related term associated with the word corresponding to the Kana characters input into the input means as a candidate of predictive translation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
