<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inner cover to be also opened and closed by opening and closing an outer cover. <P>SOLUTION: A packing box includes a plurality of side plates 11a to 11d, the outer cover 14 and the inner cover 16. The plurality of side plates 11a to 11d are provided mutually continuously through a first bending portion 21. The outer cover is linked to the side plate 11c through a second bending portion 22 crossing the first bending portion 21, and serves to block a packed product port formed of the side plates. The inner cover is linked to the outer cover 14 through a third bending portion 23 on an extension of the first bending portion 21, and linked to the side plates 11b and 11d through a fourth bending portion 24 in the same direction as a second bending portion 22.
