PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner preventing generation of odor, when fixing a toner image. SOLUTION: In this electrophotographic toner, the amount of ammonia included in a dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing the toner 1 g into water is not less than 0.03 mg and not more than 0.3 mg, and the total amount of a ketone-based solvent included in the toner and a condensate of the ketone-based solvent is not more than 200 ppm in terms of the amount of the ketone-based solvent, and the condensate included in the toner is not more than 20 ppm in terms of the amount of the ketone-based solvent.
