PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method, which by using a session control server (SCS), automatically and dynamically start and complete a safe connection between a server and a client. SOLUTION: Both of the server and the client are connected to an unreliable network (for example, the Internet) via a network address translator, or a network address translator (NAT) muter, or a firewall. An SCS is separately trusted by both of the server and the client and completes secure connection between the server and the client via a necessary connection parameter. The system and method require no user setting forr the client and excludes the need that the server receive an explicit connection request or a packet from the client, whereby it becomes possible for the firewall of the server to continue interrupting all the inbound traffics, at all times.
