PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a scattered X-ray has to be corrected in order to highly accurately calculate an X-ray focal position deviation since the scattered X-ray scattered by a subject or a structural object is made incident to a detector (a shift detector) for detecting the X-ray focal position deviation and becomes a noise source, so as to reduce accuracy in detecting the position deviation, and, especially, the scattered X-ray caused by the subject allows a dose to be hardly estimated before measurement. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes: a scattered ray detector 6 for measuring the scattered dose to be made incident to the detector (the shift detector 5) for detecting the position deviation of an X-ray focal point 9; and a function of correcting the output of the shift detector 5 through the use of the scattered dose measured in the detector 6.
