PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a road surface, which can shorten the time for repairing a recessed hole formed on the road surface and can quickly bring the road surface into a state allowing vehicles to travel thereon. SOLUTION: A repair material formed by filling the inside of a bag body with a hydraulic material is disposed in the recessed hole formed on the road surface, and the hydraulic material is hardened by reacting with water. The bag body is formed using a material having water permeability toward the inside of the bag body in which the hydraulic material is contained, or using a material which absorbs water and is turned into a wetted state and exudes water toward the inside of the bag body.
