Provided are a crosslinkable fluororubber composition which can give a crosslinked rubber article having excellent flexibility at low temperatures and a crosslinked rubber article. The crosslinkable fluororubber composition comprises a fluororubber and a compound represented by (X-)x(Z-)zY, and the composition is crosslinked to obtain a crosslinked rubber article. In the formula, X is U-(CF2)aO(CF2CF2O)b-; Z is RFO(CF2CF2O)c-; Y is a saturated perfluorohydrocarbon group or an (x+z)-valent group formed by inserting an etheric oxygen atom between carbon atoms of the saturated perfluorohydrocarbon group; x is an integer of 3 or larger; z is an integer of 0 or larger; x+z is an integer of 3 or larger; U is a monovalent group having one or more groups or atoms selected from a group consisting of unsaturated hydrocarbon groups, a bromine atom, and an iodine atom; RF is a C1-20 linear perfluoroalkyl or a group formed by inserting an etheric oxygen atom between carbon atoms of the perfluoroalkyl group; a is an integer of 0-20; b is an integer of 1-200; and c is an integer of 3-200.
