The present invention provides a technical solution in which a network equipment estimates the downlink channel condition of a user terminal on a resource block in a relay network. The user terminal transmits data of service node received power, node identification data and data of node reference signal received power. After receiving the above data transmitted by the user terminal, the network equipment obtains the transmission status information of at least one node on the resource block, then estimates the downlink channel condition of the user terminal on the resource block according to the data of service node received power, the node identification data, the data of node reference signal received power and the transmission status information. By this means, even if the transmission status of a node on different resource blocks is different, the estimation for the downlink channel condition on different resource blocks can be comparatively accurate.
