The device has a retaining unit securing a lining part (4) at a support part (3). The retaining unit includes a recess and a hook that includes two side pieces. One of the side pieces is attached to the lining part, and the other side piece exhibits a projection, which projects over the latter side piece such that the projection fastens to an edge of the recess in case of loosening of the lining part from the support part. The latter side piece projects toward the lining part over the support part in an installed condition of the lining part at the support part. The hook is made of a flexible material such as plastic.
