<p>Provided are a pivoting-coupling device and an electronic device using the pivoting-coupling device, which are innovative, and have an unprecedented effectiveness. The pivoting-coupling device couples a first member (1) and a second member (2) so that the members can pivot with respect to each other, and is configured to have: a first coupling body (3) that couples with the aforementioned first member (1); and a second coupling body (4) that couples with this first coupling body (3) so as to be able to pivot relatively with respect to each other in the superposing face direction, and also couples with the aforementioned second member (2). The pivoting-coupling device is also configured so that the aforementioned first coupling body (3) and the aforementioned second coupling body (4) are coupled in superposition through the intervention of axis parts (9, 10) placed at the right and left positions, and so that, when either the right or left axis part is made to be a pivoting fulcrum, the pivot-axis fulcrum function of the other axis part is canceled, tolerating a relative pivoting movement between the aforementioned first coupling body (3) and the aforementioned second coupling body (4).</p> |
