<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device with which light with a converted wavelength is efficiently emitted by absorbing individual differences of wavelength conversion elements and improving the yield. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device includes a plurality of light emitting parts and a control device 40 to control the light emitting parts individually, wherein the light emitting part has a light source 11a to emit laser light, the wavelength conversion element 21 to convert a wavelength of the laser light, and a temperature control part 30 to adjust the temperature of the wavelength conversion element 21, wherein the temperature control part 30 has a temperature adjusting medium W to adjust the temperature of the wavelength conversion element 21, a temperature adjusting means 32 to adjust the temperature of the temperature adjusting medium W, and a holding member 22 having a storage space K to store the temperature adjusting medium W and holding the wavelength conversion element 21, and the control device 40 has a storing part to store information related to a correspondence between a phase matching wavelength and the temperature of the wavelength conversion element 21 for a plurality of wavelength conversion elements 21, and the control device 40 controls the temperature control part 30 in such a way that the phase matching wavelength of the wavelength conversion element 21 coincides with a fundamental wavelength based on the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
