<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus by which the draw-out or peel-off of a lead is suppressed, and a heat radiation property is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting apparatus includes a molded body 30 formed so that one end 10a of a first lead 10 is protruded from a first side surface 30a, and the other end 10b of the first lead 10 and an end 20a of a second lead 20 are protruded from a second side surface 30b, respectively, and an adhesive region 10m and an electrical connection region 20c are exposed from a bottom surface 30e of a recessed part 30d. One end 10a of the first lead 10 and the end 20a of the second lead 20 are bent downward, and the other end 10b of the first lead 10 is bent upward or downward. A width W2 of the first lead 10 in a second direction 51 passing through the adhesive region 10m and which is vertical to a first direction 50 is narrower than a width W1 of one end 10a and wider than a width W3 of the other end 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
