PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas processing device for a diesel engine capable of improving the regeneration efficiency of DPF.

SOLUTION: A control means supplies S3 a fuel for DPF regeneration by a DPF regeneration means so that the exhaust temperature on the DPF upstream side is in a DPF regeneration temperature range higher than a predetermined temperature. In the case the accumulated time of the DPF regeneration state with the exhaust temperature on the DPF upstream side being in the DPF regeneration temperature range reaches a predetermined DPF regeneration termination demanding value and the accumulated value of the supply value of the fuel for DPF regeneration is in a DPF regeneration termination demanding range higher than a predetermined value, the control means stops the supply of the fuel for DPF regeneration by the DPF regeneration means (S6).
