<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a maintenance cost by enabling image formation even when an area sensor has trouble. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray detector includes a plurality of area sensors 25. A lens 21 introduces the light of a light emission surface 20a into the light reception areas 26 of the respective area sensors 25 so that the imaging areas IA of the respective area sensors 25 have ranges consisting of: single sectional areas SA where the light emission surface 20a of a scintillator 20 is divided for each area sensor 25; and an overlapped area OA which is overlapped from the sectional areas SA to at least the center positions of the respective adjacent sectional areas SA. An image processing part detects the trouble of the area sensor 25, based on the output signals of the respective area sensors 25, and the output signals of at least two area sensors 25 adjacent to the area sensor 25 with the trouble is used to generate alternative signals alternating the output signal of the area sensor 25 with the trouble, and then, a composite image is generated by combining the alternative signal with the output signals of the normal area sensors 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
