<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength cement composition capable of exhibiting a high fluidity and strength developability even if the water-binder ratio is much reduced; and to provide a high strength cementitious hardened body obtained by hardening the same. <P>SOLUTION: The high strength cement composition includes a Portland cement having a 2CaO-SiO<SB>2</SB>content of 30 to 60 mass% and a 3CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>content of≤7 mass%, a pozzolanic micropowder having a BET specific surface area of 5 to 15 m<SP>2</SP>/g, and a gypsum, wherein the total gypsum amount contained in the composition is 3.5 to 6 mass% in terms of SO<SB>3</SB>.
