<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, an information communication method, etc. which can smoothly obtain contents by reducing a load of support devices such as an edge server. <P>SOLUTION: When a connection destination node device which is a node device connecting with an internal network of the connection destination, obtains the contents from any support device or any node device, the support device obtains relating contents which relate to the contents from a support device not connecting with the internal network of the connection destination or a node device not connecting with the internal network of the connection destination, and transmits the relating contents to at least any one of destination node device.
