<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an elderly person or physically handicapped person to easily ascend/descend without troubling a care person and to prevent a fall. <P>SOLUTION: A safe auxiliary implement when ascending/descending is used for the handrail of stairs. A moving body (1) is set to a handrail (5) to allow the user to move while gripping a handle (7).
