PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife rest which can be used safely and sanitarily by combining a kitchen knife sharpener, a kitchen knife rest, a skid and an exchange sheet. SOLUTION: In this kitchen knife rest with an exchange sheet, a cut is made in the vertical direction of the center of the curved section of a kitchen knife sharpener. A kitchen knife is sandwiched with an exchange sheet and placed in a kitchen knife rest. A skid is attached to the bottom of the kitchen knife rest to enhance the stability.
