摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device which is superior in working accuracy and alignment accuracy of a hemispherical lens while having high light extraction efficiency and enabling to achieve a high definition display. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device has an organic electroluminescent display part having pixels containing round subpixels and annular subpixels which show color emission different from the round subpixels and are arranged in the outer periphery of the round subpixels, and the hemispherical lens arranged on the pixel so that the center axis concords nearly with the center of the round subpixel, and the diameter of the outermost periphery of the annular subpixel is 60% or less against the lens diameter of the hemispherical lens.
