PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control panel which efficiently houses a humidity control material and efficiently controls the humidity of air in an indoor space. SOLUTION: This humidity control panel 1 with a humidity control material holding layer 6, in which the humidity control material 61 is housed, includes: an intake port 2 which is provided at one end of the panel; an exhaust opening 3 which is provided at the other end of the panel; a draft air duct 5 which is provided adjacent to the humidity control material holding layer, and which serves as a path for the air sent from the intake port to the exhaust opening; and a blast means 4 for taking in the air from the and sending the air taken into the draft air duct. A large number of storage cells 60, which are partitioned in a multideck manner in the air sending direction of the draft air duct and which have openings 60a provided on the side of the draft air duct, are formed in the humidity control material holding layer; the opening side of the storage cell is covered with a breathable film 62; and the humidity control material is housed and held in the storage cell.
